During the training through different types of workshops, the participants mastered techniques for recognizing and involving young people from marginalized groups in their society. Part of the workshops were: What is social inclusion, Planning their career plan, Joharian’s Window, Creating virtual organizations, Emotional intelligence, visiting places where people live in marginalized groups in our city, and visiting our organization in order to get acquainted with the activities that Sumnal has implemented to help these groups.
During that week many new friendships were developed, hangouts, ideas and collaborations developed which will contribute to the further development of our main goal – the inclusion of
marginalized groups in the society. And intercultural evenings enabled familiarization of the culture, food and tradition of the countries participating in this training course.
